    About this Episode

IMAGINE a sanitary pad that could save the environment, the farming industry, women’s health, and women’s education. Sparkle’s solved it.

Chirag Virani and his wife, co-founders of Sparkle created an affordable, biodegradable sanitary pad made out of banana fiber, bamboo fiber, and corn-starch. With their product, they empower girls and women to gain an education and better their health with their 'Buy One, Give One' initiative as well as benefit our environment and India’s agricultural industry at the same time.

Chirag talks to us about why he created Sparkle, it’s social impact, and his plans on expanding his product globally. #thinkIndia
