We have a lot going on in our lives but we’re happy to be back. Just a reminder, make sure to surround yourself with those people that continue to push you forward and remember that one thing that is not guaranteed is the time we have on this earth. Don’t take time for granted and be grateful for those little moments. You can’t buy time and life will continue to test you in the toughest of ways. It’s fine to go through all the emotions as long as you don’t get stuck in negative space and you can find outlets to release your feelings. Get out of the house and enjoy the people and experiences that bring you joy!

We are back! Is there any advice that you would give to the a younger version of yourself? It's important to never compromise your worth, to accept your destiny and never feel like you have to prove yourself to others. Also, why is everyone chasing after the blue check and verification on social media? You shouldn't rely on social media and the validation from others give you a sense of worth or pride.

We are back in Ghana for this one. The future of sport in Ghana is growing and we are looking to do our part to help out! Also, there’s a lot of hate in this world so let’s start this off by addressing some mean spirited comments. Everyone has a different story so stop being judgmental and stop making assumptions! There is still so much improvement that needs to be made in our communities when it comes to acceptance and empowering each other.
