    Was willst Du wirklich, wirklich? Diese Frage habe ich mir zum ersten Mal mit 36 Jahren gestellt. Dabei ist sie so zentral, um Stress neu zu denken. Für Dich sicher auch. In der Folge zeige ich Dir daher wie Du Deiner Antwort darauf näher kommen kannst. Sehr spannend finde ich auch, dass diese Frage die zentrale Frage im Rahmen von "New Work" ist. Das war mir bis vor zwei Jahren nicht klar. Bis ich den Podcast "On the Way to New Work" entdeckt habe. Daher nehme ich Dich in dieser Folge auch mit auf eine Reise und verbinde "New Work" mit "Stress neu denken." So wird es klarer, warum viele in dem aktuellen Arbeitskontext unter Stress "leiden".
