TPPP 128: Our Halloween Gift to You! | Spooky Side: Nichi Daak and Tiddy Bits: Last Man Hanged in MN

It's Halloween! That means it's been an incredibly busy month for us and we finally couldn't keep up with ourselves and we fell behind. So, in our stead, we are giving you two free episodes of our Patreon exclusive show, Tiddy Bits and Spooky Sides. These are some awesome additions to the main podcast that you know and love.

Have you ever heard your name called out in the night? Have you stopped to listen to is for three times? Well, you might find yourself thinking twice, or thrice rather, before going towards your voice in the night. Listen to Jake show us all about the Nichi Daak.

After you've been thoroughly terrified, follow Lisa down one of her infamous rabbit holes as she delves into the last man hanged in MN. It was some time ago and it doesn't happen anymore, so she went back into the history of the state we all hail from in her Tiddy Bits episode.

Thanks for listening and thanks for your patience as we catch up with ourselves. We present to you this Halloween gift as part of the 128th episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast. TPPP 128: Our Halloween Gift to You!

TPPP 127: Eastern State Penitentiary | The Prison with a Shawshank, a Hole, Some Quakers, and a Whole Lot of Nope

The prison so nice, they names it Eastern. Well, actually, it's not nice at all. It's terrifying. Even Al Capone found this place to be immensely scary. and now we all get to learn about just what made it scary as Hell to even him. And maybe be a little freaked out ourselves with everything that could possibly happen to a person stuck in forever solitary confinement.

Listen to Davis get incredibly scared about the possibility of being completely alone in a cell for doing very little. Listen to Jake as he tells us about some of the scariest encounters that people have experienced even while on film. And listen to Lisa give us some of the most gruesome "reform" techniques taken by a prison up to this point.

Don't get locked in. And if you do, don't forget your Rita Hayworth poster and your best friend, Andy Dufresne. That's the only way you're getting out of this prison. But audibly, you will be stuck here with the rest of us for the 127th episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast. TPPP 127: Eastern State Penitentiary.

TPPP 126: The Golden Fleece | Live from a Brewery Here in Minneapolis, Utepils!

That's right, this is only our second face-to-face episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast, but it's from the same place we were in before. Utepils, the brewery named after the Norwegian word for the first beer you have after a long winter. And this episode hits the same as that beer.

So, we also hit up a scary location in this episode. We venture to England for one of the most haunted pubs in the world, known as the Golden Fleece. They have skeletons, non-paying customers, non-paying customers that are also ghosts, and a whole slew of stories.

On top of that, Jake, Davis, and Lisa try their hand at a few stories themselves. Davis hits us up with some stories about The Wendigo and a scarecrow named Harold. Lisa tells us about The Golden Fleece in Covid times and the origins of Halloween. And Jake tries his hand at what we know to be one of the scariest paranormal entities in the world, Black Eyed Kids.

All of this and more in the second live episode, but the first Golden Fleece episode, but also the 126th episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast. TPPP 126: The Golden Fleece.

TPPP 125: The Hellfire Club | Stranger Things Have Happened at this Actual Location, Very Stranger Things

Well, we've seen it in Stranger Things on Netflix, but did you know that it's a real thing? Well, now you do! Hellfire Club, also known as Montpelier Hill in Ireland is a real place. Filled with some pretty crappy rich people that did some pretty messed up things. You know? One second thought, I think we'll stick with just the one in Stranger Things. We can't? Welp, here we go!

Listen to Lisa as she gives us a whole breakdown of the things that these very bored rich people did, most of it being pretty satanic. Listen to Davis quiz us on the difference between a devil, a demon, and just a random Latin person. And Jake brings us home with the stories of possession, black cats, and cloven hooves. You know, the devil things.

So, get your holy water ready as we head into the Halloween month with our second episode of this spooktacular time. And don't forget to check us out at Utepils on Friday the 13th! It's sure to be a scary good time! And listen to this non-Dungeons and Dragons episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast. TPPP 125: The Hellfire Club.

Aye, welcome to Scotland! Alright, we'll stop with the Scottish accent, but we won't stop going to the lovely highlands, and more specifically, Loch Ness, which really just means a big old lake. But this lake has a secret, not only just a dinosaur of a cryptid, but the residence of the man from the Ozzy Osbourne song, Mr. Crowley.

Jake hits us up with the Boleskine House and all of the portals that Aleister Crowley decided to just leave open, resulting in a few murders, possibly. Davis takes us on a cryptid adventure all around the world to deal with various different countries. And Lisa tells us all about just how this Loch became so popular, and how the house beside it has burnt down so many times.

TPPP 122: Poveglia | A Venetian Island, A Quarantine Zone, and The Black Plague

Ring-A-Round the Rosie does not have a good history to it. If you haven't learned what the song is actually about, you will learn by the end of this episode. But it has a massive tie into the happenings of Poveglia, an island so haunted, the Italian people won't even talk about it. Now it sits abandoned due to all of the happenings that we are about to talk about.

Davis gets his pants scared off by the various amounts of just horribleness that happens here, while doing a whole quiz on various pastas and other Italian words. Jake gets into some mad doctors, some shell-shocked Americans, and a seemingly screaming island. And Lisa goes through the history that involves the plague and an asylum. Two not great things to have in your history.

Poveglia started in 421. Now, it is completely abandoned and nobody wants to go to it. They don't even want to talk about it, but don't worry, we took it on just for you. We did it for all you fans of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast. This on the 122nd episode. TPPP 122: Poveglia.
