    For this episode, we will discuss the U.S. Census.  Mandated by the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 2, every 10 years since 1790, the U.S. Census counts all persons in the United States, regardless of citizenship status. 

    ***This episode reflects the U.S. Census count was to be continued through October 31 because of CV-19, yet, the Supreme Court ruled on October 13 that the current administration can cease counting for the Census.  Originally, the Census counting is between April 1 and the end of July of the same year.***

    Qualified Immunity

    Qualified Immunity

    Qualified Immunity, as established by the 2001 Supreme Court of the United States case, Saucier v. Katz, held where government officials, in the course of performing their duties legally and lawfully, are immune from criminally standing trial.  Qualified Immunity also protects from liability (that is being individually sued in civil court).
