Isaiah 26:3 You will keep her in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because she trusts in You.

Perfect Peace = Shalom,Shalom

You will keep her in PEACE. Certain Peace. Enjoyable Peace. Constant Peace. Continuing Peace. Undisturbed Peace. 

Keep Her =  Guard her, protect her, preserve her, tend to her, regard her, hold onto her, and keep her in your custody. 

Proviso - a condition attached to an agreement.

God will keep you in perfect peace PROVISO your mind is stayed on Him. 

Stayed = to lean on, to bear up, uphold, lay on, put on, to set on, to stay on, rest on.

There is a deficit in the amount of attention we give to God and because of that there is disorder in our lives.

Psalm 27:4 The one thing I ask of the Lord— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.

Peace doesn’t come from the absence of conflict, peace comes from being aware of the presence of God.

Holy desires must lead to resolute action.

When you pray, move your feet. 

We have to stop segregating our lives into sacred or secular.

How determining are your morning quiet times?

A mind stayed on God is not a lofty, unattainable concept, it’s a series of small gestures throughout the day.
