Union with Christ

ACTS 4:13 NLT The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.

You’ve probably heard the saying, “Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.” But what exactly does that mean, especially when it comes to living out Jesus’ call to be light in a dark world and, ultimately, to make disciples wherever we go? Like Jesus’ disciples, we are a people God has SENT, or commissioned and equipped, to share the Good News with the people around us. We are the Church, a movement of people called to operate in the same power that Jesus did—to be His witnesses wherever we go. But the people who were a part of the early church were only empowered because they were first committed to walking together. God blesses unity! So, why does it matter and how do we become and stay

God put good stuff in you!  You are made in the IMAGE OF GOD!  You were made for something great!  Even when life slams the door shut on one area of life, it’s not over.  You may have been overlooked. Man may have voted you out. God may have even said, “Not yet.”  But your potential is still alive in the Lord. There’s still more inside you & in front of you!
