    • Financial Empowerment for Women with ADHDAddressing beliefs and emotions surrounding money is crucial for financial resilience for women with ADHD, and specialized resources and community can make a significant difference

Women with ADHD often face unique challenges when it comes to managing their finances, and they deserve specialized support to overcome these hurdles. Kate Moreusef, a well-being lifestyle coach and EFT practitioner, is launching a subscription version of her podcast to provide additional resources, workshops, and community for women with ADHD, making financial empowerment more accessible. In this compilation episode, Kate shares insights from her conversations with financial coach advisor and financial abuse specialist Catherine Morgan, who has personal experience with both ADHD and financial struggles. Together, they discuss the importance of addressing the beliefs and emotions surrounding money to achieve financial resilience. Kate's friend and mentor, Caroline Britton, a gifted energy worker and transformative coach, has been instrumental in helping Kate and many others shift their mindsets and beliefs to unlock their potential. By combining the expertise of these two incredible women, Kate aims to create a powerful platform for women with ADHD to learn, grow, and thrive.

    • Money beliefs and financial empowermentIdentifying and addressing inherited money beliefs can be a powerful first step towards financial resilience. Somatic practices like EFT can help release shame and guilt associated with these beliefs, allowing for a more expansive energy and financial empowerment.

Women's financial empowerment leads to positive changes in the world, as they tend to invest ethically and for the long term. To start one's journey towards financial resilience, identifying and addressing core money beliefs inherited from the family history can be a powerful first step. These beliefs often carry shame and guilt that are not even ours, and releasing them through somatic practices like EFT can lead to a liberating experience. For those who find it challenging to focus on the future, practicing heart breathing in the present moment can be helpful. By addressing our past and present, we can unlock a more expansive energy and step into financial empowerment.

    • Money management for ADHD individualsConnecting to present moment and emotions can lead to effective money management for ADHD individuals, promoting financial growth and overall well-being.

Effective money management for individuals with ADHD can be achieved by connecting to the present moment and focusing on creating expansion and movement, rather than relying on traditional budgeting systems. By tapping into emotions such as love, appreciation, and gratitude, individuals can access their heart's energy and use it to answer the question of what actions are required to improve their financial situation today. This approach not only helps regulate the nervous system but also eliminates the distractions and anxieties often associated with ADHD. Prioritizing this practice as a non-negotiable part of daily life can lead to significant financial growth and overall well-being. Additionally, individuals must find their preferred method for connecting with their inner guidance and prioritize making time for it. This intentional practice of creating space for guidance is essential for accessing clarity, wisdom, and peace.

    • Intentional silence, self-careCreating intentional silence and prioritizing self-care are crucial for accessing intuition and making positive changes in life. Practice daily affirmations and introspection to tune out external noise and tune in to inner wisdom.

Creating intentional silence and prioritizing self-care are essential for accessing intuition and making positive changes in life. It's important to make a conscious decision to prioritize wellbeing and believe in one's worthiness. This can be challenging for neurodivergent individuals, especially empaths, who often absorb energy from others and struggle to say no. However, by setting aside time each day for introspection and intention-setting, one can begin to tune out external noise and tune in to inner wisdom. It may not happen overnight, but with patience and consistent practice, clarity and purpose can emerge. A simple exercise to help facilitate this process is to repeat a daily affirmation, such as "universe, please make everything conspire in my favor to make my dreams come true and bring me clarity into my reality today," and document any magic or clarity experienced each day. Over time, focusing energy on one's intentions can lead to remarkable transformations.

    • Perception and RealityFocusing on positive beliefs and looking for signs of the universe conspiring in our favor can lead to significant changes in our lives through repeating affirmations, collating evidence, and trusting feelings.

Our perception shapes our reality, and we can consciously influence it by focusing on positive beliefs and looking for signs of the universe conspiring in our favor. By repeating affirmations, collating evidence, and trusting our feelings, we can build belief and make small shifts in energy that lead to significant changes in our lives. It's important to remember that this work is a long-term commitment, and we must continue to devote ourselves to it to see lasting results. Additionally, we should trust our feelings and intuition over our thoughts, as they lead us to make empowered decisions and choose new beliefs.

    • Beliefs shape realityOur beliefs, influenced by inner thoughts, can impact our actions and ultimately determine our success. Maintaining faith in one's abilities, even in adversity, can lead to great achievements.

Our beliefs shape our reality. The speaker emphasizes that our beliefs, which are often shaped by our inner thoughts, can influence our actions and ultimately determine our success. J.K. Rowling, for instance, despite being rejected by multiple publishers, maintained her belief in the value of her work and eventually achieved great success. Our beliefs have the power to confess to the universe, and in turn, the universe responds. The speaker encourages everyone to try and connect with a greater belief in their abilities, even in the face of rejection or adversity.
