Dr. Sheila Nazarian is a Beverly Hills board certified plastic surgeon, founder of Nazarian Plastic Surgery, and host of the Netflix show Skin Decision. Since she was a little girl, she was interested in design and the precision work that it requires. At first she wanted to do architecture, until she realized that she liked to design, but also building using her hands. That's why plastic surgery fits her like a glove. Dr. Nazarian attended Columbia University in New York and graduated with a BA in economics with a pre-medical concentration. From there, she enrolled at Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and then went on to a combined residency in plastic surgery at the University of Southern California. Today's guest is Isabella Gambuto, recipe developer, food stylist, and former NYC restaurateur turned Certified Natural Chef. She has always been passionate about food, growing up in her father's Italian restaurant and running it alongside him at the age of 23. When Isabella was 27, she was diagnosed with endometriosis, a uterine disease. The diagnosis changed her life, forcing her to reconsider her relationship with her own health and well-being. That path led her to sell the restaurant and pursue a new, more health-oriented career and become a holistic natural chef. Currently, she resides in Los Angeles and runs a food preparation delivery service. In addition to her prepared food delivery business, Isabella shares healthy recipes on her social media and is working on an anti-inflammatory cookbook and launching a "Chef Bella" YouTube channel this year.

Today's guest is Ariela Trepman, an entrepreneur pastry chef, creator of One Hungry Baker, where she brings art into the kitchen with her DIY Galaxy Cake Kits. Ariela was born in Mexico City, and since she was little she wanted to be a chef. Although she was never very good at cooking, she wanted to study baking, to learn something that she did not know how to do. She was accepted into The Culinary Institute of America and her adventure began. After earning a bachelor's degree in bakery and baking arts, she worked at Gramercy Tavern, a Michelin-starred kitchen in New York City. With two amazing and exhausting years of experience in the field, she decided to start One Hungry Baker, where she had room for creativity and to play with the mixture of art and food. In this way, she created a tasty product, where people can enjoy making and eating it.

Today's guest is Dr. Adeleh Yarmohammadi, MD, an ophthalmic surgeon in training and passionate about sharing healthy, plant-rich recipes. From a young age, Adeleh knew that when she grew up she would help people. Once in medical school, she wanted to do something visual to use her artistic skills, and that's how ophthalmology appears. She received her medical degree from Shahid Beheshti Medical University in Tehran, and spent her internship year at UCLA in general surgery. Currently, she is Chief of Residents and is in the UC San Diego department of ophthalmology. Her fervent enthusiasm for trying to improve people's lives is not only limited to her profession, but she is interested in the science of nutrition to promote healthy plant-based eating.
