The Ohana Way with "Grand Master" Scot Conway:

In this episode, we explore the Ohana Way of BEing with Scot Conway.

Scot has developed his system over 30 years, combining his roots from Hawai'i with his upbringing and career.  The work of the Ohana Way developed when he was teaching his own style of martial arts, as a code for his students.  Since then, it has evolved into much more - the Ohana Way Conversations, courses and books.

Ohana is the Hawaiian word for family. Popularized by the Disney Movie "Lilo and Stitch" in 2002, the common definition is "Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind, or forgotten."  Scot has taken this concept and evolved it into his own acronym, as O.H.A.N.A.

    O - Oasis: Be a refreshing refuge

H - Harmony: Embrace infinitely diversity in infinite combinations aimed at greatness

A - Assertiveness - Moving forward on purpose with respect for others.

N - Nobility: Royal Knight - Be our highest and best selves

    A - Aloha: Love

Each letter stands for a principle / concept, that has a 5x system behind it on the protocols to behave according to that principle.
