Get Your Hopes Up Ep. 2

Get Your Hopes Up Ep. 2
Today we wrap up ‘Get Your Hopes Up’, our intro topic with the new year. We discuss the idea of biblical hope: a desire that is accompanied with confident expectation. Get Your Hopes Up
As we welcome a new year, let’s get our hopes up. The new year tends to be a fresh hope, a fresh expectation of good and I want to take an episode or two to discuss hope, biblical hope. Not the kind of hope that is backed by unbelief, but backed with a confident expectation. Hope is a good thing when we use it the way the Bible says, and hope does not disappoint.

    Thanksgiving

    Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving! This is just a quick bonus episode to encourage all of us to be thankful, not only in this season, but in all seasons. The Apostle Paul was one of the greatest examples (outside of Jesus) of being spiritually minded and seeing past the trials of this life, and keeping his mind stayed on those things mentioned in Philippians chapter 4. This is why Paul could say things like, “Rejoice in the Lord always” despite being chained in prison. Let’s follow his example and be thankful through the mountain top and valley moments of life.
