    About this Episode

Anne grew up in a small village in Scotland where a culture of toughness, competition and lack of emotion is not only encouraged, but expected. As a result, not only did Anne grow up with the belief that she had to do it alone, but that it was weak to rely on others for help.

When Anne was diagnosed with breast cancer thousands of km's from her family, just weeks before Christmas in 2020, not only did she realise that she needed the support of others but that it was time to start living her truth.

An honest, powerful story from a Scottish queen who has a strong message for women everywhere.

    Problematic drinking with Tiffany Louise

    Problematic drinking with Tiffany Louise

In her 20’s, Tiffany was doing what most people her age do- binge drinking, blacking out & partying hard. Nothing unusual or abnormal about a young person drinking & letting loose. But what about when having 'fun' is actually the lie you tell for an issue that is spiralling and slowly ruining everything you hold dear?
Over two years ago, Tiffany decided to get sober. Not what people would typically refer to as an alcoholic, yet she knew she had a problem, and if she didn’t stop drinking, she was going to pay a high price.

Tiffany is unapologetic, outrageously candid and hilariously witty in this episode of the Brave Girl podcast.

Dating in 2023 with Rachel & Mezee

Jade sits down with two of her closest friends Rachel and Mia to discuss the realities of being single in 2023.

An episode for singles wanting to feel empowered and less alone, and couples blissfully happy (but somewhat bored) wanting to live vicariously through people in the dating game!
