      Identifying and nurturing relationships with our top five most influential and beneficial friends, or "our people," can significantly contribute to our overall happiness and well-being. This concept, often referred to as the "five people rule," suggests that we become like the people we spend the most time with. So, it's essential to consider who these individuals are in our lives and ensure we invest enough time and energy into these relationships. The feeling of warmth and joy should come over us when we think about these people. If it's been a while since we've connected with them, reaching out with a phone call, text, or message can make a difference.     2644 Putting the Puzzle Pieces Together
    Unlocking your health mystery takes time and persistence. However, you can solve the puzzle and reset your health by putting the puzzle pieces together. Join us at http://bit.ly/WomenofIMPACT. http://bit.ly/WomenofIMPACT But unfortunately, society has trained us that if we can take away your symptoms, why can't you still live however you desire? No restrictions. No exercise. Pure joy. Or is it truly pure joy? I have been battling a couple of different viruses since the beginning of the new year. Usually, I'm pretty healthy, not getting sick. But this season has not faired in my favor.  So it got me thinking even more. Since going through perimenopause and now on the other side, plus having gut issues my entire life, maybe I really need to take a hard look at what my body needs.  I know I'm not the average person which diets or fitness regimens are created for. A 1200-1500 calorie day does not work for me at all. And please do not flood my inbox as to what I might be missing. I've done the research and am currently studying real-time as to how my body responds and reacts to food, movement, vitamins, supplements, and so forth. Like any good detective, you've gotta put the puzzle pieces together to understand the whole picture. The K.I.S.S. ~ Put the puzzle pieces together! If you are struggling with your health, I want to encourage you not to give up. You can figure out what is happening and what needs to change. One thing I've been researching is the Paleo Diet. This diet is a whole-foods diet that includes only the most nutritionally dense and sustainable foods. (The Paleo Approach, https://ThePaleoMom.com, Pg. 9) Now, you have heard me say that the food all of us should be eating follows one rule: If God made it, I can eat it. But that's in it's natural state.  For example, God did not make bread. He made grains. So how those grains are prepared and eaten does affect the nutrient density of the food along with how it is absorbed within a person's body. If you are struggling with your health or weight, this might be a good alternative for you to try. As I said, I am taking you on my health journey in discovering all my quirks and likenesses.  You get to decide what you would like to try. This by no means substitutes for personal medical advice. 
    - What are you eating that is real? This is the most natural state of the foods you eat.
    - What are you eating that is processed? If it's not one ingredient, it is processed.
    - How can you integrate more nutrient-dense foods? 
    One thing I want to caution you on. You do not have to define how you eat to anyone.  I have been asked several times, "What program are you doing?" My answer (and it should be yours, too) -- I'm eating what my body requires.  Because you might be a blend of Keto and Paleo. And there is nothing wrong with that. Don't fall into the trap that you must have a definitive cookie-cutter answer.  Your body is uniquely made. So treat it with the respect it deserves by putting together all the puzzle pieces. Now, I am currently working in the preparation stage gearing up to change my body's nutritional menu. I am taking detailed notes as to how my body responds to the "junk food". Then, I'll be able to see exactly how good food affects my body. It's going to be a long process, but I know we'll both learn so many things to benefit us in the long-run.  Hope you're ready to construct your puzzle. "Train for life.     Life can get in the way of loving those closest to us, especially our spouses. So instead of hiding in our busyness and floundering more in someone else's highlight reel, make a commitment to more of we.

    And would you say that you spend less time together now than when you got married?

    Most of us have to really stop and think when we see our sweethearts. And as for the time, what time is it again?

    The number one relationship, if you're married, is your spouse. 

    But very quickly, we find other ways to occupy our time, distract our attention, and lead us down a rabbit hole in our own homes. 

    It just does not seem fair to anyone!

    Yet you live it every day. You get up and do YOUR thing and forget that there's someONE in your life. You take care of the children, because you have to. But the rest is left to fend for themselves. 

    How can any marriage be awesome if that's a typical every day?

    What if you would make time for each other?

    What if there was more of we?

    The K.I.S.S. ~ More of WE!

    My goal here is to get you thinking about how you spend TIME with your spouse.

    Are you showing up with your best self, or is your spouse getting the leftovers?

    You get out what you put into your marriage. So why not show up with enthusiasm? Why not give more when you don't receive? Why not have compassion during challenges in life? Why not be together more than you are apart?

    It's hard to build a strong foundation in marriage if you're not together. Logistics do matter. 

    I want to encourage you to analyze your time with your spouse. 

    1. How much time do you spend together in bed?
    2. How much time do you spend as a couple awake and interacting?
    3. How much time do you spend talking about life, not just kids and career?

    Then from there, you'll be able to see what is happening regarding time.

    Is time on your side?

    Assuming that you fall into "most of us," then you can make some tweaks to how you hang out together. The way you spend your time together matters!

    QUESTION: What can you do differently to add time to love?

    3164 Show Me The Way
    Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. ~ Psalm 143:8 In the midst of life's storms, we can often find ourselves feeling lost, searching for guidance and reassurance. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Like him, you too can turn to your Heavenly Father, seeking His divine path in moments of doubt and uncertainty. So, as you embark on this journey, remember the powerful prayer and cry out, "God, show me the way." This plea is not a passive request, but an active declaration of your dependence on God. It signifies your willingness to act, to make decisions, and to move forward in the direction that He points to. Just as David found comfort and strength in perceiving God's love as the morning light that breaks through the darkest night, you too desire to experience His love at the start of each day. In looking at Psalm 143:8, let the words resonate deeply within your soul, reminding you of the need for God's constant love and guidance. By seeking God's love in the morning, you embody His presence, regardless of the challenges you may face. Imagine God's love as a guiding force, a compass pointing you in the right direction. With His love as your True North, you can navigate the uncertainties of life with confidence and peace. Whether you are struggling with personal setbacks, facing difficult decisions, or feeling overwhelmed by the weight of the world, God's love is ever-present, ready to illuminate the path before you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Show me the way! When you acknowledge your dependence on God and actively seek His guidance, you open yourself up to what God has in store for you.  His love is not merely a source of comfort but a catalyst for growth, transformation, and purpose. God has placed a call on your life. As you submit yourself to His will, you'll discover that His plans for you are far greater than anything we could ever imagine. In times of darkness, doubt, or pain, hold fast to David's prayer and make it your own. Just as he trusted in God's unfailing love, so too can you embrace HIs divine gift of love and grace as you follow His lead.  Start each day by whispering, "Lord, show me the way." Let His love be the beacon that guides you, the compass that steers you, and the pillar of strength that sustains you. In this surrender, you find freedom, purpose, and an unbreakable connection with your risen Lord and Savior.     Amelia Earhart said, "The most difficult thing is the decision to act. The rest is merely tenacity." Get back to what matters. Don't you think it's time to start your engines? Yet, that's how most of us are living our lives.  We sit back, putting out the fires, trying to minimize the damage of the day. Stop the distractions by keeping your actions real and always in motion. If you are wanting to master today to impact tomorrow, you've got to get in the game of life.
