About this Episode

模擬機對於空軍的訓練非常關鍵，可先在地面上盡可能讓飛行員熟悉各種狀況，模擬機的設計，在各國航空發展裡，都是研發的重點之一，因此我特別關心模擬器的進度為何。
除了實際進度之外，先前和航空相關人士交流過，對於這方面研發人才薪資和人力的斷層多所憂心，但台灣的人才其實不少，不只是模擬器的設計，我們應當想辦法延攬台灣的人才，或許可考慮從就學時期就開始培育，多培養台灣自主開發的能量！
