Thirty years ago, even 20 years ago, a lot of the technology that we use as real estate agents today did not even exist. Not one real estate agent in metro Atlanta can say with a straight face that if they’d only had more technology last year they could have sold more homes. Real estate has always been, and will always be, a business of relationships. Let’s wrap up our discussion on the agent of the future with Part 4.
