Baseball season is back as Spring Training has begun, Ryan and Bill start their breakdown of each division in the MLB. On the docket this week is the National League East, where the Braves look to repeat as champs. On the other side of the division, who will finish last? With a few teams in rebuild, the bottom of this division may shake out to be a closer race than the top.

Ryan and Jake kick off season three by talking about the best way to tier down from players. Tier down players aren't necessarily sell candidates, but if you find yourself in need of certain assets and do not want to lose all your value, this is a guide on how to do that.
