Davis, a first-time councilwoman, is talking trash about the Chief Administrator, Kimberly F Brown, and the Radio Podcast Host of Brown on Cleveland and The Brown Report Newspaper.  Several people informed Brown of nasty comments about her and The Brown Report Newspaper.  The newspaper is owned and operated by Doveside Promotions LLC.  DSP is an advocacy and campaign management and marketing group.

The issue; Kimberly F. Brown stated, "I don't know this woman.  I have never had a conversation with her.  For the record, she does not know me.  We don't know one another.  Last year, our newspaper stood up for Davis when other women in the region opted to denounce her at a celebratory event for black women.  I am perplexed.  This is what stalkers will do.  They pretend to know people.  This is quite interesting," say's Brown.

Before the Facebook post on The Brown Report Newspaper, Brown-boxed Davis to inquire about this situation, but Davis did not respond.  The Brown Report Newspaper is publicly responding to Councilwoman Davis of Garfield Heights.

We are saluting Mayor Trevor Elkins and the Village of Newburgh Heights for passing the Saniyah Law in September 2019. This law could become the groundbreaking, comprehensive component needed to aid American cities. "The Saniyah Law" is a porchlight to safety," says Mayor Elkins.
