    S2E11 Marty Dulworth - Shot in the Line of Duty
    Marty Dulworth is a dedicated individual who has served his country and community with distinction. With a background as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, specializing as an 0331 Heavy Machine Gunner, he demonstrated leadership, bravery, and a commitment to excellence. Transitioning to civilian life, he continued to serve, this time as a vital member of the Anderson Police Department. Over a 20-year career, he spent 8 years on the SWAT team and 13 years as a K9 handler, primarily on the night shift, showcasing his unwavering dedication to public safety. In year 12 of his police career, He received catastrophic gun shot wounds to both legs where after several attempts to save his left leg he ended up losing it and became an amputee. During that shooting his K9 partner gave the ultimate sacrifice and lost his life. He returned to full duty after 3 months and 6 days after the amputation where he went on to work another k9 until he retired.
     
    After retiring from the police department, he seamlessly transitioned into a new role as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Solutions. In 2023, he earned the prestigious title of Madison County's Best Real Estate Agent, a testament to his strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to excel in any endeavor he pursues.
     
    Today, Marty Dulworth brings the same level of dedication, integrity, and expertise to every client interaction, ensuring that their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.

    Courtney is the founder of Grey Matters. She has over 20 years of experience in business management, nursing, psychology, nutrition, and digital marketing. She’s also Grey’s mom, so she gets it! As a mother with a child living with apraxia and ADHD, Courtney has found success in neurofeedback for both herself (cPTSD) and her children. Now, she’s out here helping other moms and dads with their own mental health struggles.

    Courtney holds an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana, and she is a Certified Brain Health Coach, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Additionally, Courtney is trained in Infraslow Fluctuation (ISF), IFEN, and sLoreta Neurofeedback, as well as qEEG acquisition and analysis. All of this wrapped up together makes her the perfect mental health advocate here at Grey Matters.

    Lieutenant John Baysinger is a 26-year member of the Anderson Police Department.

    Lieutenant Baysinger was named Accreditation Manager in August of 2022 and has overseen the accreditation process for the Anderson Police Department since this time. He is a 1988 graduate of Madison-Heights High School in Anderson, Indiana and holds an Associate's Degree from Columbia Southern University.

    Prior to joining the Anderson Police Department, Lieutenant Baysinger joined the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1996. He has served as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor, Swat Team Operator as well as Swat Team Commander. Lieutenant Baysinger is also a certified Senior Instructor by the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board and holds certifications with Force Science, and Taser International, as well as certifications in Defensive Tactics, ground fighting, and physical fitness. He has earned multiple commendations and awards throughout his 26-year career with the Anderson Police Department.

    In his off-duty time, he enjoys time with his wife, his 5 children, and with his 4 grandchildren and is also an avid camper, golfer, and fitness enthusiast.

    Lieutenant John Baysinger is currently assigned as the Training Coordinator for the Anderson Police Department.

He is the creator and co-founder of Point MMA Krazy Athletics featuring The Warrior’s Obstacle Course which has been featured on Shark Tank, as the next big thing, and also premiering at the 2015 Junior Olympic Games as a demonstration sport.
