2016 has quickly become the Voice of the Patient.   I am happy to bring to you 2 awesome people who wanted to share their Healthcare experiences so that we in Healthcare could learn from them.  I brought Erin and Lisa on so that more people could hear their stories.  Even if you were at CSM and heard Erin and Lisa speak, this interview will be just as enlightening!  thanks for listening.

Baseball is over and thats OK!......We are headed to an even year folks!   I went to Chicago for Empower PT and heard lots about the future of PT.  The theme and topic for sure was the Patient experience.  I was fortunate enough to see and hear John Woolf in the Keynote talking about Relationship Centered Care...My FAV word in Healthcare today.
