Oregon is among several states requiring small businesses with as few as five employees to offer a retirement savings plan by November 15, 2019. There's more. Oregon is also requiring small business owners with four or fewer employees to implement a retirement plan by May 15, 2020. The "Father of the 401K", Ted Benna joins us to alert small business owners and offer his option, the Benna 401K as an alternate to "Oregon Saves", offered by the State of Oregon.
