The are two big things that we all need for good mental health, we need to know who we are and that we are in relationship. It is amazing that the Bible spends some much time directly answering those questions.

The guys have taken a personality test and share the results. It is crazy how our personalities effect the way we see things and drive us. This week the guys talk about change and what they have learned through it. People don't mind change as long as they want to change. How as leader do we share the why before the what.

This week the guys talk about why some christians feel the need to attack others on social media. We are called to love each other so why do we attack? Are there times we should correct someone that is off on their theology?

The Madden rankings came out last week and got a lot of NFL players unset about how they ranked. It got us thinking about what if God ranked us? What if someone ranked us in our daily lives? How do we fight the mentality to rank people in our lives?

Are you in a season of burnout???? Feel like you have nothing else to give??? This week John and Adam share about some times of burnout in their own lives and how they rekindle that fire. We have to learn to set priorities and be intentional in what we do and where we spend our time.

We see from the Bible that God loves it when we enjoy what he has created. But our praise does not stop at the food but roles up to the Father.
