Barry Merwin ventured into the Cresson Sanatorium and Prison to investigate the alleged paranormal activity that is prevalent there. His experiences began the moment he arrived on site and he shares some of the highlights of his visit. Barry also talks about his investigative style and also shares his very first paranormal experience, which was in his own home long before he became a paranormal investigator.

Steve accompanied Phelan Paranormal on a nighttime paranormal investigation of the SS American Victory merchant marine ship, which is now parked as a museum in Tampa Bay. While investigating, Steve spoke with some investigators to get their take on what they were experiencing in real time. Subjects include an investigator, team lead and medium, who were all on board during the investigation.

Salem Massachusetts witch Brian Kovalski regularly offers tarot card readings, past lives experiences and more to guests at Phantom History House. He’s also ran several seances in our dining room which continue to fill up almost as fast as we post the information. 

But what does it mean to be an “authentic Salem, Massachusetts Witch” anyway? In this interview, Steve asks about Brian’s background, his abilities and how he trained as a psychic who uses tarot cards and crystal balls to relay messages to his clients.

Steve and Tim discuss Steve's recent paranormal investigation of the SS American Victory ship. Steve joined Phelan Paranormal on a paranormal investigation of the merchant marine ship launched in 1945 that is now docked in Tampa as a museum. Tim asks about the investigation, what was involved and what, if anything, was found. 

The paranormal world is nothing new to Tiffany Fitzpatrick, who identifies as a grey eclectic witch and psychic medium. Tiffany spent the weekend with us at Phantom History House and before she left I had a chance to talk to her about what she does and how she does it. I learned a lot about what it means to be a psychic medium as well as how tarot cards help her see what many of us cannot.

Off a rural road in Pasco County Florida sits what remains of a once-thriving grand botanical garden created by William Dupree. This Tampa Bay Attorney created this roadside tropical attraction in 1940 and more than 30,000 people paid admission to see it. Unfortunately ,it didn't last long, thanks to the supply shortages of World War II. I walked through the ruins and did some research to help understand what once stood here, just 100 or so yards away from a modern neighborhood.
