    Eric Thorson began studying the guitar during his sophomore year at Fresno High School. He made his debut at the age of sixteen. Since then he has performed throughout California and Japan. He has taught at high schools, colleges and has opened an English and guitar school in Japan. Eric has studied wth Richard "Rico" Stover and Larry Cooperman. He is one of a very few guitarists who is a composer/performer and teaches South American styles as well as classical, jazz and rock. He is currently working on his first solo album.
