Episode 52 Toughen Up
This episode is a bit out of the norm but I truly believe training hits so many areas of our lives that it is all intertwined. If you want your training to be better and to reach your goals faster, then do the best you can with all aspects of life. In this episode I touch on how we need to toughen up. How there are times we need some help and should pay attention to what we are going through. There are also times we need to dig in and do the work.
