Hopefully we can help make it amazing, impactful, and just truly incredible for you. But how can you do that? How can you make this week fan freaking awesome?
Your 5 day a week podcast to get a jolt of energy a quick tip to help you live your life to the max!
Hopefully we can help make it amazing, impactful, and just truly incredible for you. But how can you do that? How can you make this week fan freaking awesome?
Today I'm inviting you to do two things, two things, and I hope you take it out because not only will it increase the positivity and join your life, but this will also help you increase the positivity and joy in other people's lives as well.
So you ready? You ready to take this on?
Emotions of joy, elation, happiness, any of those positive things, they're beautiful and they're amazing.
But yet there's a flip side to them. Sadness, depression, even frustration and anger and even more. There are so many more emotions than I just listed and probably more than I can even think of.
Sway like a tree When I think of a tree especially a swaying like a tree, I think of a willow tree. I think it's because the branches the leaves or I think that the branches technically but the things that really sway in the wind. You could see when the wind blows through a tree almost any tree but especially a willow tree.
You have this amazing light, this energy inside you and I feel it. It is so incredible that sometimes we get intimidated by it, and we try to shy to be shy and hide it from the world.
We don't we don't want to share it. We're like let me hold this in like or I'm afraid to share it. I don't know what's going to happen. I get it. I've been there.
And as we kick off our week, I just want to share a friendly, kind reminder to set your goals. Set your goals for this upcoming week. What would you like to achieve? And remember, you can also set your intentions.
I don't know about you, but it's tough to accept criticism at times in our life, a lot of the times in our life actually, because well, we try to do what's right, what we feel is good and right, and make all of those proper decisions, and then when someone criticizes us, says that was not the best choice, or that was stupid, that was dumb, or why would you do that, and they criticize us, well, we don't feel good about that, and a lot of the times, at least if you were me, I would get defensive, at least I used to.
What are you eating?
Alright, I'm worried about what you are fueling your body with. Is it things that are serving you, that are helping you shine your light bright, helping you be at your best mentally, emotionally, physically, or are they not?
You might have already seen what these two words are based on the title of today's episode and the words are judgment and discernment. Judgment and discernment and well, they're similar yet they're very different.
One of these words is said a lot and the others maybe even too much and they learn not so much and I don't want to say good or bad. One's good, one's bad but I think there's one that we could avoid and one we could embrace.
Today's episode I want to share some ways to handle stress. Because we all have stress in our lives, to some degree or another, we all experience stress.
Now saying that not all stress is bad. Believe it or not, some stress is actually good in our life. It helps our body adapt, learn and grow and become stronger.
I invite you to take some time and visualize your day today and your week ahead. Now what do I mean by visualize? Okay, what I mean is to imagine it in your mind's eye each day, each thing you have going on and visualize yourself going through the motions of those things and having them working out in the way you want them to.
Today, we're going to go a little bit farther, and we're going to say share joy. Share joy! That's what this episode is about.
Now joy in this case is not a person, so we're not sharing joy around, although I know people named joy, they're very awesome. I love them, they're great. But this joy is something more of that emotion, that feeling, that we feel deeper.
Today's episode, I want to say it's okay to take a break. It's okay to pause for a moment. Don't beat yourself up over it. Don't try to convince yourself you're not allowed to, or you can't because you need to keep grinding.
Today's episode is all about being happy, right? Being happy. Who would not want to be happy?
I want you to think about what your jam is, what is your jam? when you are feeling good, when you are happy. What is the music you listen to when you're happy?
Today's episode is all about, well, setting goals. Now I know it's not New Year's for us right now and that's okay. All right, the cool part is we could set goals anytime. It doesn't just have to be at a genuinely prescribed time of the year or anything like that.
Today's episode is about tough times. Tough times and, you know, difficult moments, these valleys that we are in. Because let's be real. We all face them. We all have difficult times.
Today's episode is all about successes. And we need to celebrate them.
Today's episode is actually inspired from the episode we did two days ago when we were talking about who do you follow, right, the leaders. So, if you haven't checked out that episode, I recommend you do that, not that you need to listen to this episode, but it's still a good one, at least I think so, so check it out.
But in any case, today's episode was inspired by it, and that is I'm going to invite you to do a quick check -in or a little audit, depending whatever word you like. One sounds a little more intimidating than the other in my opinion.
I have something exciting, super exciting to share with you that maybe you've thought of this before, but maybe you haven't. Your eyes opened.
Your eyes opened today. They opened yesterday, the day before that. You've had all these amazing gifts and days and opportunities. And I don't want you to dwell on, did you use t
