You have to be intentional about change. That's the thing. You have to go from wishing for a productive day to planning your morning routine and doing a different set of actions so that you can get different results from your day.

We all experience it. There are about 5 types of imposter syndrome and it covers so many personalities. Perfectionism is one of my favorite ones.
