    3 oz. - Absolut Pears or Grey Goose La Poire Pear Flavored Vodka
    3 oz. - St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
    3 oz. - Pineapple Juice
    2 Fresh limes, juiced (about 4 ounces)
    Prosecco
    Ice
    Combine pear flavored vodka, St. Germaine, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 20 seconds). Strain into martini glasses and top with a splash of Prosecco. Yields 2 cocktails.
