    In the UK, more than 2 million people are living with sight loss.  BlindTobes is one of them. He is a well known TikToker and hopes his  videos on living with sight loss will help spread awareness about the condition.

    Toby,  has achieved mass success on the app since launching his account earlier this year. A video demonstrating Toby at his first ever blind football match amassed 1M views while another showing how he walks with a cane gained 2M views.

    Geoff Thompson has a 35-year track record in the social and human development of young people and communities. As a former five times world karate champion, sports administrator and politician, he has realised a unique range of skill sets that have seen him advise, develop and deliver social and human project and programme initiatives globally. Geoff has also undertaken a number of public and private sector appointments developing and contributing to equity, diversity and inclusion at all levels of society.

    He is the Founder and Chair of the Youth Charter, a UK-based international charity and United Nations NGO that uses the ethics of sport, arts, cultural and digital activities to tackle the problems of educational non-attainment, health inequality, anti-social behaviour and crime in some of the most troubled areas around the world. Geoff is also a Board Member of the London Legacy Development Corporation an Advisory Board Member of the Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville, USA, Advisor to the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation and was Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of East London for two years. Geoff is Chair of the Operational Board of the Professional Footballers’ Association, Deputy Chair of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and Chair of the London Youth Games.

    They are currently undertaking a practice-based PhD at the University of the Arts London, critiquing Britain’s relationship to Black Power organising in the English-speaking Caribbean during the 1960s and 70s. Using records from The National Archives, Loewe is platforming this history, creating paintings and drawings.

    Habbiba Mackintosh

    Habbiba has extensive experience supporting those from marginalised communities around their housing needs and EET aspirations. Through this frontline experience she was able to see first hand the consequences of inequality. 

    As a BSc Criminology and Sociology Graduate Habbiba was able to explore the roots of D&I and the role in which they play within society on both a micro and macro level. Through her studies Habbiba's interest around E, D&I peaked, and her passion to advocate the need for social change developed.

     In her spare time, Habbiba thoroughly enjoys football as well as any excuse to be outdoors. More recently Habbiba has started writing poetry and utilises this medium to reflect on the world.
