Going to #1 for just a single week on the week of October 10th, 1992 was American Folk Inspired Singer-Songwriter Suzanne Vega with Blood Makes Noise. This song is very industrial sounding despite the fact Vega said upon writing the song she had never heard Industrial music in her life. Join me for the breakdown of why the song sounds the way it does.
