    This is the Act signed into law on August 16, 2022 by President Joe Biden.  It lists the 10 drugs that Medicare will have the authority to negotiate pricing by 2026.

    Eliquis affects 3.067 million Medicare patients and costs the federal government $16.482  billion dollars. This is approximately $4447.55 per patient.

    Xarelto, Januvia, Farxiga, Entresto, Enbrel, Imbruivia, Stelara are the remaining 9 and they round out the list of ten.  Find out more about the drugs!
