Ben and I talk "Hutch" football uniformed - front yard workouts, how he tried to impress a girl with a boombox (ala John Cusak in "Say Antything"), my foray into the theater and acting, how Ben became friends with "Modern Family" actor Eric Stonestreet (Cam) and how he "DORKED OUT" meeting Ed O'Neill on the set......not Sofia Vergara as much as Jay Pritchett. Episode #4 my “DORK” Guest is WCCO TV’s Chris Shaffer! I’ve known Chris since he was “Cheeks” on The Point’s Morning Show. He worked with us here at K102, all the while forming his plan to chase his true dream of Chief Meteorologist.

Granger Smith grew up in Dallas, and at 14 he taught himself to play guitar. At 19 he moved to Nashville, 21 years later Granger and his wife Amber and 3 kids remain….COUNTRY!

DORK #2 is one of the greatest "All Around" Vikings, Chad Greenway! Chad played all of his 11 seasons in the NFL as a Viking. He and his family have made Minnesota their home, and his "Lead The Way Foundation" continues to give back to his adopted State (he's from SoDak).

Chad and I "DORK" out about "Coke-Bottle" glasses, corduroy pants and an unfortunate accident, Garth Brooks, and how he grew up in the worst part of the 80's.

My first "DORK" episode is with my favorite dork and probably the sole reason the idea popped into my head, Former Minnesota Viking (and inevitable Hall of Famer) Jared Allen!
