    This podcast covers a variety of information concerning healthy practices, including, but not limited to mental health, physical health, self-improvement and personal development. While I will, at times, be the main speaker on the podcast, most of the time the narrator on the podcast will be a team member from my parent organization - StressHealth Solutions International (or SHSI). That said, I am referring to the structure of the podcast as more of a "Narrative Podcast." For the most past, the podcast will consist mainly of a narrative introduced and presented by one of the team members at SHSI, and it will not have or follow the more traditional format of one-on-one interviews.     A lot of people seem to want to eat well but tend to fall back into the same destructive habits. While it may be confusing at times as to why this may be, the truth is that no matter how much we want to do things right for ourselves, it is difficult, if not impossible, if you do not fully believe you deserve to be taken care of.

    Whether it is being taken care of by yourself or someone else, you do deserve to eat well. All of us have self-doubts at times, and some of them are so deeply rooted within us that it can lead us to act in destructive ways, whether we want to or not.
