    -Add gin and lemon juice, stir it all together
    -Fill with ice
    -Top with club soda
    -Garnish with more raspberries

    -1 oz lime juice
    -1/2 oz allspice jaram?
    -1/4 oz grenadine
    -1 & 1/2 oz Plantation 5 Year Reserve, or dark rum of choice
    -1 & 1/2 oz Appleton Estate rum, or spiced rum of choice
    -1/2 oz Wray & Nephew overproof rum
    -4 dashes chocolate bitters

    Instructions:
    1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
    2. Fill the bottom of your shaker with crushed ice.
    3. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
    4. Softly shake, avoiding any bruising of the ingredients.
    5. Slowly pour over ice.

    To make the Chicago Fizz, you'll need:

    -1oz dark rum
    -1oz ruby port
    -1/2oz lemon juice
    -1/2 tsp refined sugar
    -3-5oz club soda
    -1 egg white

    Gather ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, dry shake the rum, port, sugar, egg white, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Collins glass (or whatever). Top that with club soda, serve, and enjoy!
