He mentioned about the steering committee being ready with the draft of guidelines and bid document. He also assured Government’s support for the initial energy storage projects in the country and asked the industry to be ready for responding to the tender. Mr Siddharth Mayur, Founder & MD of h2e Power systems shares his idea about creating the most inexpensive fuel cell technology in the world.

He talks about the h2e’s plan to manufacturing low-cost, low-pressure hydrogen fuel cell 3 wheelers, his collaboration with Canada-based company 'Hydrogen in Motion', his views on India’s hydrogen economy & hydrogen value chain, his plan of setting up GW facility of electrolysers and localizing all component manufacturing.

With ACC PLI scheme, the Government of India intends to optimally incentivize potential investors, both domestic and overseas, to set- up Giga-scale ACC manufacturing facilities in India. The program is technology agnostic. There are opportunities for established companies, companies who are looking for diversification as well as new companies to get involved. ACC PLI can lead to many partnerships, alliances & joint ventures in coming time. As Industry leaders agree, it is up to industry to take next steps and focus on execution now!

IESA ‘’Women in Energy’’ initiative is for Connecting, Educating, Inspiring, Networking & Empowering Women in #CleanEnergy transition and especially promoting this participation in the emerging areas of advanced energy storage technologies as well as eMobility sector in India.

In this special episode, Dr Shalini Sarin shares her own experience of being part of energy sector for over 3 decades, Social impact of women empowerment, importance of women entrepreneurship, training & linking CSR activities to livelihood of the communities. She talks about the program on women e-Rickshaw entrepreneurs and her new start-up venture in eMobility sector. She advises young entrepreneurs to focus & be competent on what they are good at and collaborate with other ecosystem partners instead of doing everything themselves.

NITI Aayog has floated draft model bid documents for setting up ACC (Advanced Chemistry Cell) units in India under the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme. IESA is collating the comments from IESA members and all stakeholders on the draft bid, which will be submitted to NITI Aayog in the first week of December.
