Hello! I'm Gail Nobles. It's story time. Today's episode: Ziane’s Baseball Armor. Ziane Richardson was both a picture and hitter and catcher in baseball. She was like a supernatural baseball player with a lot of energy and power, but she knew she was human too. Ziane had enemies from her own team. She knew she could bleed and die. Ziane had power and dominion, but she would never let it go to her head.

Not only did Zion have enemies on her own team but from the audience too many people would bet on the baseball games and those that didn't want the Astros to win hated Zion Richardson.

Lady Ziane thought about the crime lord that got locked up in jail trying to interfere in baseball and how he murdered her uncle. Although she gained some respect and was called Latorious, the hate and envy was still there for Ziane. People wished her dead. They called her terrible names. She was the most hated female in sports. They would shout at her for her to lose. But the more people would shout the more Ziane would put on baseball armor from within as well as physically on the outside. In other words, she kept on playing baseball and tuning out the noise. Lady Ziane kept on playing and helping her team to win.

Some of the men in baseball began to envy Lady Ziane too. But some of them wanted her to play on the men's team with them.

Some of the broadcasters sometimes had things to say about Ziane with jokes. They couldn't stand to see an outstanding female like Zion in sports.

Ziane began to turn her head towards training and owning a team of her own. But in the meantime, she kept on her baseball armor to protect herself from all the hate that was being thrown at her.

On July 23, 2023, The Las Vegas Insomniacs won against Tampa Nightcrawlers. They won the A7FL 2023 championship.

Hello I'm Gail Nobles welcome to EPS. Yes 50-46, Las Vegas Insomniacs. What a battle the game was. The Insomniacs took home the 2023 A7FL title.

In the first quarter 7-6 The Insomniacs.

In the second quarter 18 to 14, The Nightcrawlers. At halftime, it was 25 to 20, The Nightcrawlers.

In the third quarter, 32 to 32. The game was tied and the fourth quarter 50 to 46. The Insomniacs win.


I saw two tough teams playing hard for the title. It was a very exciting game. The Las Vegas Insomniacs are number one.

The Green Bay Packers, the team that has the most wins all time! Hello I'm Gail Nobles on EPS. Which NFL team has the most wins all time? The Green Bay Packers have the most wins by a team with 792 wins. They are a football team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The Packers have won 13 league championships, the most in NFL history, with nine pre-Super Bowl NFL titles and four Super Bowl victories. The Packers won the first two Super Bowls in 1966 and 1967 and were the only NFL team to defeat the American Football League (AFL) prior to the AFL–NFL merger. The Vince Lombardi Trophy is named after the Packers' coach Vince Lombardi, who guided them to their first two Super Bowls. Following Lombardi’s retirement, the team struggled through the 1970s and 1980s. The turning point came in the start of the 1990s, and since then the team has enjoyed much regular-season success, making the playoffs 22 times since 1993.

Six days ago, Oct. 22, 2023, The Packers lost against the Broncos. It was the Broncos' first home victory. Well, the Packers have some more games coming.

Good evening. There's another kind of football on the rise. It’s the Women's Fag Football. You can see women running on the field, but the sport looks just as exciting as the men's. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a female. If you're a female and you want to play football, you can do it. It's about time. It's not just a man's sport.


I played flag football before way back in my school days during PE. It's fun to play; very fun sport to play. I don't remember getting hurt.

According to the news, women's flag football is coming to the Olympics. Fag football is officially an Olympic sport starting 2028.

He ia a football safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He played college football at San Diego State.

Kazee was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round (149th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

On May 9, 2017, the Atlanta Falcons signed Kazee to a four-year, $2.68 million contract with a signing bonus of $288,922.

He made his professional regular season debut in the Atlanta Falcons' season-opener at the Chicago Bears and made two solo tackles and forced a fumble in their 23–17 victory. On October 1, 2017, Kazee earned his first career start after Ricardo Allen was unable to play after suffering a concussion the previous week. He finished the Falcons' 23–17 loss to the Buffalo Bills with a season-high nine combined tackles and a forced fumble. He finished the season with 23 combined tackles (14 solo) and two forced fumbles in one start and 16 games.

Football is a broad sport. I didn't know that there were so many different leagues in football. There is the national Arena league NAL. It is a professional indoor football league that began play in 2017 and has been primarily based on the East Coast of the United States. For the upcoming 2024 season, the league consists of eight teams.

In August 2023, the league announced it had added the Omaha Beef and Sioux City Bandits from Champions Indoor Football for the 2024 season. On August 22, 2023, the Jacksonville Sharks announced they were joining the Indoor Football League (IFL). The league added the expansion Colorado Spartans, based out of Loveland, Colorado, on August 31. Also on August 31, the Warbirds, which had been renamed as the West Texas Desert Hawks, were announced as joining the relaunched Arena Football League. On September 14, the Topeka Tropics also joined the NAL from the CIF. On September 21, the two-time American West Football Conference champions Idaho Horsemen joined the NAL. On September 26, the San Antonio Gunslingers were announced as also joining the IFL. The next day, the North Texas Bulls announced their membership in the NAL. On October 16, the Oklahoma Flying Aces were as announced as the eighth and final team for the 2024 NAL season.

No. 12 UNC Carolina is undefeated in college football. They won on Saturday, October 14, 2023 against Miami Florida 41 to 31. The whole time they played Carolina state ahead in the game. They need to keep doing that. Drake Maye threw for 273 yards and 4 touchdowns. Devantez Tez Walker caught three out of the four touchdown passes thrown by Drake Maye. Great teamwork between those two Carolina players.

The Duke Blue Devils won their game also yesterday against North Carolina State 24 to 3. Henry Belin IV throws two touchdown passes in first career start.

Florida State won against Syracuse 41-3. No. 4 Florida is without star wide receiver Johnny Wilson Saturday.

This is a quick college football news flash. No. 7 Washington Huskies has won against Boise State, Tulsa, MI State, California, and Arizona all in the month of September.


Today on October 14, 2023 No.7 Washington Huskies has won against No. 8 Oregon 36-33. Oregon tried to keep up, but they fell behind. They really did put up a fight in 4 quarters of play.


The Washington Huskies have won the game. #9 Michael Penix Jr. had a fourth touchdown pass of the game.

Dominique Rodgers Cromartie is a former professional football player who was a cornerback for 11 years in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Tennessee State Tigers, and was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the first round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Rodgers-Cromartie has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, New York Giants, Oakland Raiders, and Washington Redskins. He was selected for the Pro Bowl in 2009 and 2015. In 2023, Rodgers-Cromartie became the most notable free agent in A7FL history, joining the Tampa Nightcrawlers for their playoff run.

I haven't seen Dominique. I saw the A7FL headlines that he and the Nightcrawlers made A7FL game of the week debut as they took on the O-Town Orange to decide the Florida division championship.

I wonder how someone from the NFL feels with no pads and no helmet. He ought to feel comfortable without all the stuff and feel good and free about moving.

Ashante Worthy dodges, steps in one direction, and swirls around to another! He’s running down the football field like the speed of lightning! Touchdown!

Hello! I'm Gail Nobles! Welcome to EPS. Today’s topic is #3 Ashante Worthy. I'm really excited about A7FL football and some of the players I've seen. Earlier in the podcast, I talked about Karnell Wactor on the BIC team. Today it's Ashante Worthy from the BIC team.

I'm thinking about week six 2023 when BIC was playing against Silk City Animals. The announcer warned everyone for the tight end to hold on to their butts. He mentioned Ashante Worthy and what he was about to do. Ashante was trying to cut through some players. It took three players to hold him. The other announcer mentioned how Ashante looked a lot stronger than he did the year before. I thought he's just strong.

Ashante is not only strong, but he fakes his moves. When you think he's going to go on in one direction, he goes to another. And he's fast like the speed of lightning. I saw all these things in the first quarter 7 to 0 Silk City Animals. But BIC won the game. It was 64 to 13 BIC.

According to A7FL.com, Worthy’s position is wide receiver. He has the right position. He’s good at catching the ball and running down the field quickly.

The Tampa Nightcrawlers looks like a great team. I watched the A7FL 2023 Championship when they played against the Las Vegas Insomniacs. They lost against them, but not that many points. It was 50 to 46 Las Vegas Insomniacs. Both teams were tough.

The Tampa Nightcrawlers stayed at the score of six for a long time in the game until the Insomniacs made a touchdown and tied the game at the first quarter 6-6. There were six minutes left in the game. Then the Insomniacs took the one point lead 7 to 6.

As I kept watching the game, I thought the Nightcrawlers were going to win. It was 32 to 20 Nightcrawlers. In the third quarter, they were staying ahead.Then the game was tied again 32 to 32 a 1:13.

And in the fourth quarter, the Ñightcrawlers tried to stay ahead, but the Insomniacs caught up and won the game.

Although the Insomniacs are number one, I still can see that the Tampa Nightcrawlers are a great team. They are tough to play against. They have a strength to leave a team behind in score. If a team is weak, the Nightcrawlers can win.

Like the Insomniacs, you really have to play hard to take the lead because the Nightcrawlers can creep and steal the game.

Hello! I'm Gail Nobles. I've seen something that I have never seen before in football this year. I've seen a player on the BIC team (number 22) and another player last night on the A7FL website throw a back pass behind the back. I'm just finding out about it, and it was a big deal to me when I found out because I've never seen anything like that before in the history of football. Out of all the highlights in football, I've never seen a player make a back pass behind the back. You’ve got to have some strong arms to do that considering the distance the ball is thrown. I don't think I could do it. I've never tried. I don't know how heavy the football is.

It is said in the headlines that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes stunned NFL fans when they saw him make a behind the back pass in training camp. Evidentily, the back pass must not have been seen that much. I mentioned it to two uncles. They have watched football all their lives, and they didn't know what I was talking about. They asked: Who has done that?” To a lot of us it may be something new, and I've seen it start with the A7FL.

All of you guys that watch regular football, you've got to check out A7FL football. Start watching it. I'm serious. it's some things going on.The A7FL is awesome. Ladies, you need to watch too.

When Ziane saw that she had enemies, she grew close to another sports female player who played basketball. Her name was Resurren. She taught Ziane some things about how to play basketball, and Ziane taught Resurren some things about baseball. However Ziane was better at playing baseball and Resurren was better at playing basketball. They played with the guys on the playground in both sports for fun in their spare time together.

Resurren told Ziane about the middle man on the playground and how he mistreated her. Ziane told Resurren that she made a wise choice to play ball for her school.

She said to Resurren: You don’t need the middle man to help you do anything. Stay in school, and when you finish school, I can help you.

Resurren told Ziane it would take forever because she was just a freshman in high school. Ziane laughed and told her again to stay in school. Ziane was like a big sister to Resurren, and Resurren was like a little sister to Ziane. She helped her to keep her mind off troublesome things.

Ziane grew up around a family of notorious crime lords. They were her uncles and male cousins, but she stayed away from them, and hung tight with her mother and father. Especially her father. Like her father, she knew how to create and make things happen. Ziane was very brilliant, and her father warned her not to use her knowledge for evil. Ziane lived in Side Mount City, and there was nothing but crime. Nobody bothered Ziane because everyone knew her family.

When people feared Ziane, it wasn’t because she was dangerous. They feared her because she was brilliant. When she became known in baseball, the gangsters on the street began to call her Latorious.

But there was a crime lord in the city who did not know Ziane’s family. He had one of her uncles murdered. When he came into the city, crime was bigger than it ever was. Ziane moved her mother and father out of the city.

Ziane had became so popular in women’s baseball that she was seen on the news by the crime lord at a bar. When the crime lord saw how well Ziane could play, he wanted to own the baseball team. He had been told that she was the niece of the man that he murdered. The crime lord kept his eyes glued on the television to watch Ziane.

He said: Hmmm? She plays better than the men.

The crime lord wanted to own a sports channel for women and film the female baseball players. He saw that he could make a business using Ziane’s baseball talent. He talked about it in the bar sipping on his drink and the word got back to Ziane. It spreaded around to the entire whole sport of baseball. There were men in the sport that wanted to protect Ziane.
The crime lord received threats from male baseball players that he should leave Side Mount City. That was strike one for him. The crime lord owned a male men’s baseball team back in his hometown. He challenged the number one top male team in Side Mount City of baseball to play against his team.

He said: If I lose, I will leave Side Mount City.

When Ziane heard the crime lord’s words, she felt that there would be a terrible and dangerous war for the sport of baseball and her city. She warned the baseball team not to play against the crime lord’s team.

But it was a war that was already won before it began. There were City people rising up against the crime lord and his gang that took over their city. That was strike 2. The word got back to the mayor of the city how the crime lord and his gang had Ziane’s uncle murdered and how a game war was about to happen. That was strike 3. The mayor of the city had the crime lord arrested, but his men got away. It was written in the Morning Riselines and Lady Ziane Richardson was then named The Latorious Ziane.

The New Jersey defensive player of 2021 if I'm not mistaken, Karnell Wactor. He played on the Trenton BIC team. His position: Tight end defensive tackle. His number: # 23.

I hated that I'm just tuning into A7FL football. I miss some great games. I'm just seeing some great players from the past and the present. But there are a few video clips of Karnell Wactor, and I must say he knows how to tackle. He knows how to play defensively in football.

Seeing players like Karnell is what the action is all about and the action is constant on the field I don't notice the timeouts because of all the action and fast moving pace. I don't get bored. When I watched Karnell Wactor on some past clips, I saw more of him as a player playing the game.

There are seven players on the team, and I think you can recognize the individual players better that wa. A7FL is a mystery. I see less injuries compared to regular football.

I saw Karnell wrestling another player on a team to the ground. He’s kind of a big guy, and no one was hurt. Karnell moves fast down the field. After Karnell, I'm still seeing great players in 2023, and I don't want to miss them in 2024.

Good evening. Today I'd like to talk about Freda George Forman. After learning about Muhammad Ali's daughter, Laila, I had to find out if there were more boxing women in women's boxing like her. I was visiting womenboxing.com you could write in and contact your favorite fighter. Things are different now.


Since Muhammad Ali had a daughter boxing, I had to find out if George Foreman had a daughter boxing because Laila Ali fought Joe Frazier's daughter Jackie Frazier. Both of them were strong and tough fighters, and I thought: there must be more.

I began to do research and sure enough George Forman had a daughter in boxing name Freeda I learned that she had a fight against Laquanda Landers back in the year of 2000. I thought: I miss the fight. Freeda knocked down Laquanda twice and won the fight.

During that time, Freeda felt confident that she would have a fight against Laila Ali. Her goal was to knock her out and it wasn't about hate. I was just learning about women's boxing and it was beginning to be popular, and I would have loved to have seen Freeda and Laila box eachother, but that was a fight that never happened.

Then there was a fight Freeda Foreman had against Rachel Pembleton. Another fight I missed in the year of 2000. Freeda looked better and better in the ring. She won the fight against Rachel.

In 2001 Freda fought an opponent named Evelyn Rodriguez. Freeda lost that fight. It was her first lost according to the news. It was overwhelming to Freeda Foreman that she lost in her hometown. She said it wouldn't stop her. The fight was in Civic Center in Humble,Texas. Freeda retired a year later after losing the fight. In my opinionoverall, Freeda was doing quite well. Foreman won her first five bouts before losing a year later.

But in the meantime, in 2001, I was learning about Laila Ali. I didn't hear anything else about Freeda. I have missed a lot of Laila’s fights and saw none of Freeda’s fights. I don't remember seeing women's boxing on television at all until Laila Ali fought Jackie Frazier. I saw the fight in Georgia at my uncle’s house. He had cable TV.

Because I didn't hear anymore about Freeda Foreman and Jackie Frazier after losing the fight to Leila, I began to write into womenboxing.com. I wrote in to get a response from Freeda. I told her my thoughts and feelings about how women's boxing needs more television attention. My response from Freeda was to remember that all good things take time. She said there are a few women fighting today, but they are doing enormous things. They are opening the doors for tomorrow.

I began to write Freeda Foreman on social media in 2012. That’s when I learned how intelligent she was. Everyone was writing her it seemed. You would certainly get an answer from her. During that time, she had a website. I miss FreedaForeman. She left us in 2019. When I think of women's boxing, I always think of her.

Hello I'm Gail Nobles. Today I want to talk about the BIC versus Renegades’ game in the A7FL 2023 regular season. It was 6-0 BIC in the first quarter. There were seven men on both teams. At 1:56, Renegades made a touchdown, and then it was tied 6-6. Somebody on Renegades’ team throws the ball and a teammate catches it which made the game 7 to 6, Renegades. Then the next thing I know, BIC makes a touchdown right after that which made the game 12-7, BIC in the first quarter.

According to A7FL, the touchdown is worth 6 points. After a team scores a touchdown, they may attempt either a one point conversion (a single offensive play to get into the end zone from the 5 yard line) or a two point conversion (a single offensive play from the 10 yard line). According to a7fl.com, there is no kicking in the A7FL. So if you want to know what's really going on about the rules of the game, a7fl.com/rules/.

In the 2nd quarter, 18-7 BIC at 3:30 sec. On the BIC team , a player throws the ball down the field behind his back and his teammate catches it. Quickily 20-7 BIC at 3:33 sec.

I sure would like to know who that was. I heard the announcer yell out the name K-wack. It must have been him that threw the ball behind his back. Kyle Ward made the reception.

I'm going to move on now to the 4rth quarter. 27-14 BIC. Renegades scores 20 points in the 4rth quarter 44 sec. BIC wins 27-20.

Hi, I am Gail Nobles. You're listening to EPS. Today I want to talk about A7FL football. Who’s watching A7FL football? It is a semi--professional league in the United States which plays a seven-man version of gridiron football called American 7s Football. Launched in 2015, its games are played without football helmets or other protective equipment. The A7FL is the only organized level of competition in American 7s football.

League players are not paid during the season and most of them are primarily amateurs. Instead cash prizes are awarded to division and national champs (divided among the roster of roughly 25 players). For the 2022 season the prize pool was $50,000.

So who are some of the best players in the A7FL? There is a 2023 individual award winner which is Quatrell Huffin. He is the league most valuable player.

Mark Bagway is the offensive player of the year of 2023.

Trey Baskerville is the defensive player of 2023.

Savion Cunningham is the best returner of 2023.

Scott “Scooter” Hamilton is the rookie of the year 2023.

A 7FL seems to move a little faster to me than NFL football but that's just my opinion. The players look like they run faster or something. Maybe it's just my eyeballs. They look so free when they run. Looks like they have more space and they look like they spread out more.

Football brief AFC and NFC

Hello, I'm Gail Nobles, and you're listening to EPS. For those that don't know, (AFC) is one of the two conferences of the National Football League (NFL), the highest professional level of American football in the United States. The AFC and its counterpart, the National Football Conference (NFC), each contain 16 teams with 4 divisions.

In the NFC, The Philadelphia Eagles are on top, and in the AFC, Kansas City Chiefs are on top as far as Championship odds. Of course you know things can change when it comes to sports. There is always constant change. Teams are constantly playing winning and losing. As far as I can see, the Chiefs and the Eagles are on top right now. This is a football brief message.

College football buzz. UNC football beats South Carolina on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte North Carolina. UNC beats South Carolina 31-17.

Duke football beats Clemson September 4, 2023. That was Monday night 7-28 Duke. Duke celebrates and the football field was crowded with fans. They looked like a bunch of ants covering the field. It’s one of the biggest wins in Dukes football history.

There is a top 25 ranking in football. North Carolina is ranked number 17 and Duke is ranked at number 21. Georgia is ranked number 1, Michigan number 2, Alabama number 3, and Florida State number 4. Georgia and Michigan hold their number one and number two spots, while Ohio State failed to number five previously number 3, and number 3 Alabama and number 4 for Florida State rose up to round out the top 5.
