We have a lot going on in our lives but we’re happy to be back. Just a reminder, make sure to surround yourself with those people that continue to push you forward and remember that one thing that is not guaranteed is the time we have on this earth. Don’t take time for granted and be grateful for those little moments. You can’t buy time and life will continue to test you in the toughest of ways. It’s fine to go through all the emotions as long as you don’t get stuck in negative space and you can find outlets to release your feelings. Get out of the house and enjoy the people and experiences that bring you joy!

Today we are here with our friends the Morgans! On this episode we talk about marriage, friendship and the evolution of relationships as they are constantly changing. It is important that you are aware of those who you surround yourself with as they can have a significant influence over you. Some people in your circle might not completely understand the commitment of marriage and the type of discipline and work it takes to maintain. All couples fight but how can you proactively work through these difficult times together? If there is no communication within your relationship, how can you expect it to withstand obstacles that come along the way? Ultimately, not everyone is ready for marriage so there is no reason to take this next step in your relationship if you are not prepared for what comes with it.

We are back! Today we are talking about how we decided that we were the ones for each other. Asafa was once living it up in that single life and didn't think think he was ever going to settle down so what happened? What really stood out for us was that we genuinely wanted to get to know each other. So ladies and gentleman, don't try to change the person you are with and it might sound cliché but you will just know when you have found that special someone.

Track and Field phenom Noah Lyles joins the podcast today! We talk about about his growth as an athlete and how he is using his own content platform to tell his story. I have a lot of respect for Noah and what he has done so far in his career. He shares stories from his childhood and the iconic moment he broke the American record at 200M. How is Noah impacting the sport on and off the track and what is the level of sacrifice that it takes to be a champion?

Today I am joined by some amazing ladies to have a girl chat. We discuss how women can go about supporting each other rather than be overcome with jealousy. What is the reason why there is a competitive nature among women? Is it society that has made put us against each other? We also talk about relationships and what we have learned about men over the years.

Today we are joined by Ramona Riley aka "The Vagina Lady" for a special episode. People have been asking us about sex and relationships so this one is for the people! Welcome back everyone! So much love and respect to all the Mother’s around the world. Putting your love and attention into raising a child takes a lot of energy so hats off to all the mother figures out there that sacrifice for their children and families. What are the impacts that our mothers have had on us? Some people overlook how much their mothers do for them so take a day to reflect and appreciate what they have done for you. It is important that we uplift and support the amazing women in our lives.

We are back! Is there any advice that you would give to the a younger version of yourself? It's important to never compromise your worth, to accept your destiny and never feel like you have to prove yourself to others. Also, why is everyone chasing after the blue check and verification on social media? You shouldn't rely on social media and the validation from others give you a sense of worth or pride.

We are back in Ghana for this one. The future of sport in Ghana is growing and we are looking to do our part to help out! Also, there’s a lot of hate in this world so let’s start this off by addressing some mean spirited comments. Everyone has a different story so stop being judgmental and stop making assumptions! There is still so much improvement that needs to be made in our communities when it comes to acceptance and empowering each other.

Today we are talking “Double Standards,” but before we get into that shoutout to Carnival in Jamaica. We did a lot of partying, enjoyed it, and what a vibe it was. I posted a picture of my bestie and I during this event (shoutout to Eva), and the messages and criticism were real. Today we dive into them things that were “thanging”, and a lot of the double standards we face from just being the opposite sex. Make sure you guys tap into this one. As Saf says DON’T MISS A BEAT!

If you didn't already know, Track and Field is one of the most popular sports in Jamaica! It is always nice seeing the youth competing in Track and training hard. Training and competing is tough on the body but working towards self-improvement can help you in anything you do. Patience is a virtue and improvement doesn't happen overnight. Sacrifice isn't easy but it is definitely worth it.

In this episode we're talking about the differences in how boys and girls are raised and the impact that might have later on. How can we teach men to be better? Is counselling the answer? Parenting is hard, and we need to work on ourselves, too.

What's up Powell Posse, we are still recovering from the travel and finding our way back to regular routine. We definitely have a Wiki stalker and the personal attacks are just over the top, count your blessings and put that effort into your own life. Do parents forget to date each other? In today's day and age are women more thirsty than men? Once you get into something there is no escape plan, you are one screenshot away from trouble! We are back after our little break and man was it a life-changing experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. From Asafa’s warmest of welcomes (fit for a king) to talking about the culture of sport, experiencing how similar but different the culture is at the same time. A crazy difference was seeing our own people in power (owning properties, massive wealth and so much more). You really just have to listen to understand and hear it from us firsthand.

This is our life experience, our platform to talk about what’s important to us, even the uncomfortable subjects. Valentine's day has come and gone but it has us talking about “LOVE” and why it should be celebrated every day. Why do we forget to date each other when in a committed relationship or marriage? Plus the feeling of “burnout” and dealing with all the challenges that come with being a woman and mother.

We are four years into our marriage! It’s obvious a lot of work but we’ve both loved every second. Today we are diving into some fun topics like; who settles more women or men? Is it easier to find love or money? Find out what the one thing is that always has Asafa saying … “what happened now”. This one is always fun and we did it so you could give us your points and debates!

Patrae is always looking for ways to help shape the future and inspire change. Be prepared for some serious gems to be dropped. Let’s talk about the importance of structure and growth in our country. What is the impact of role models? Who is the next generation looking up to? What does it mean to be independent? Showing emotion does not make you weaker. It’s important to share and have an outlet.
