    Freelance Family Man

Self-employed dads share how to build a successful freelance business from home, while raising kids. Chad Gravallese and other freelancing parents will teach you what you need to know to balance family and business when they're under the same roof. This show is meant to help the whole family by bringing dad home. It’s time for him to leave his employee job and start a freelance career, so he can increase his income and spend more time with his wife and kids. I'm Chad Gravallese, the host, and a full-time Husband and Dad first, part-time entrepreneur, a work-from-home enthusiast, and self-employment advocate. Changing this world for the better starts within each home, each family, then the local community, then your country and society, then the rest of the world. For any society to thrive, a strong family unit must be at the core of its structure and dad being at home, earning more and working less is what makes this much easier. Freelancing In a Free Market Economy

Hey, everyone. In today’s episode, we’re talking about the free-market economy. We’ll break down some stereotypes about capitalism and how it relates to being self-employed.

We don’t take sides here in terms of party politics. Instead, we look at principles that are important for you to know as freelancers. Don’t come to this with bias or through the lens of a two-party system. Today’s conversation is centered on growing your business and taking control of your own destiny. Try to approach it with an open mind.

The Contractor vs. Employee: 20-Hour Work Weeks For Everyone!

The Contractor vs. Employee: 20-Hour Work Weeks For Everyone!

I discuss the future of the workplace, how it is time for a shift to the 20-hour work week for not only contractors but employees. When you have more work-life balance, you are more productive and focused and achieve tasks much quicker. Businesses will not fail if their employees are working less... the opposite will happen.

Does Working 20 Hours Per Week Mean I'm Lazy?

Does Working 20 Hours Per Week Mean I'm Lazy?

In this short video, in between full episodes of Go Back To Bed, I discuss whether working 20 hours per week means you're lazy. Is it fair? Are you watching Netflix the other 140 hours?

NO. I'm still working, but I'm working for my kids, my wife, my house, my community and other projects that matter. Don't compare your work schedule to other people and think it's unfair. They can work 20 hours per week too, if they want. You are giving yourself more time to contribute to society in other ways. Never feel guilt about that.
