    Episode 720 | 06.14.23

Helping Folks Is What We Do

My #residentialmortgage team is helping people pull equity out of their homes.

A number of my high net worth clients are cash poor right now but have a lot of equity in their home.

They have deposits out or are waiting for a closing that has been delayed.

I am helping them tap the equity in their home using a #heloc

This allows them to keep their historically low first mortgage in place while talking advantage of the equity build up in their home

I am also helping a number of my friends address the cash flow needs of their parents with a #reversemortgage

This allows seniors to pull equity out while remaining in their home and aging in place.

Please call me for details on both solutions

    And on our commercial side:
