He has been a source of fitness inspiration and a big influence in the level All Terrain Garry has taken his fitness journey too. Big Garry is no slouch, he’s in better shape than many twenty-year-olds and competes as a long-distance runner having completed many prestigious races, the Boston Marathon for example.

    Erick Baier is Head Coach with All Terrain Health/Fitness and their main strength coach. He is a longtime friend of coach Garry dubbs from the time they worked together as trailers and the Maryland Athletic Club (the MAC). He now works full-time with All Terrains athletes and while providing help with all fitness and lifestyle related topics is the go to guy for strength training topics.
