It's important to set goals, but it's not always clear how to do this. 

In this episode, we discuss the importance of setting goals that are:

• achievable - don't set goals that are out of reach. Instead, break larger goals into smaller steps that you can work towards. 
• measurable - think about how you will know if you have achieved your goal
• timebound - put a realistic time on how long you want to have achieved this.
