    Dr. Talley is an assistant professor in the department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Morgan State University. Her research expertise includes stochastic and deterministic models of supply chains using cost analysis and interventions, also simulation, stochastic programming, Markov chains, differential equations, linear programming, and quality theory. And Her current research consists of applications and humanitarian relief, emergency preparedness, and responses to address ports, health care and food supply chain safety in defense. She is passionate about mentorship and preparing the next generation of STEM scholars.

    Dr. Stevara Clark is an assistant professor at Virginia CommonWealth University in the School of Social work. She also serves as Director of online learning. Dr. Clark's areas of interest include developing programming to engage non-traditional and at-risk students in implicit curricula, using technology effectively to build relationships, contributing to the understanding of student success for first-generation minority college students, and women's leadership.

Dr. Newell went on to obtain her MS and PhD in Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining Loyola's School of Education, Dr. Newell was an Assistant Professor in School Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Dr. Newell is an Associate Professor in School Psychology, and she is committed to advancing consultation and multicultural competence among school psychologists.
