It's so so important to get the kids into sport at an early age, one for obviously for the physical aspect but just as important if not more so is the mental strength and resilience that you will build on the way.
And not to be overlooked is that sense of belonging that you'll feel too, believe me I know. So here I will touch on my experiences and how the gym has helped me & more importantly how getting into sport and out of the house saved me.
The gym and sport ask for nothing but gives you everything.

Mental health and mental health awareness is something I'm so very passionate about especially in men. Today I'm joined in the studio by Mr Finn and we discuss how some men find it hard to open up and talk about there feelings. We talk about anxiety, low self esteem, depression and the link between testosterone and aggression. As we all know that self talk we have can be destructive so lets talk and today we only scratched the surface so James will be back. Oh every guest in the studio has to take on the golden disk and hold it out as long as possible .... lets see how he did!!!!
I really hope this podcast helps.

I am now being asked more and more frequently "Dino, i feel so uncomfortable working out alongside men training with there tops off & a tripod and and camera on the machine next to me while I'm working out next to them."
Your thoughts?
