Chris Ramsey aka High C, was an amazing friend and had a heart of gold. His heart was huge and his smile an laughter could light up a room! I miss him so much. love you brother!

Its been a minute since my last episode of HWR , but I'm back and ready to go.
Last month, I had a health scare that has changed my life and I'm ready to  make the changes to be happy & healthy.. mentally and physically!
I had been drinking close to a gallon of vodka per week for at least 10 years and mixing other recreational stuff that was literally shutting down my body.
on this episode, I'll  share my story and the changes I've made and struggles I've overcome to be happy, healthy and have a positive outlook my life. You too can do the same!

Today on HWR, I'm continuing my interview with my Dad, Moose. He sure knows how talk and tell a story lol ..this time around I didn't get a chance to say much, but he talks about living in Antarctica and traveling to Peru and South America.
