    Should I Get My Hormones Tested?

    No matter what age of female you are, in your 20's, 30's and beyond...get your hormones tested! In your 20's, gives you a baseline, your 30's thing can start to change, 40's perimenopause and menopause can kick in (even in your 30's)

    Symptoms of hormonal imbalances can be all over the place.  From extreme fatigue, irregular periods, unexplained weight gain (especially around the belly), breast tenderness,  to waking up soaking wet, or waking up between the hours of 1-3 am every night, that is your hormones whispering to you.  Even depression, or not wanting to be social can be signs of hormonal imbalance.

    We all know women are always blamed for being moody or cray cray...YEAP!  Even when I was an 18 year old still, without a period, I would make fun of my friends, roll my eyes and say "blah blah blah" when they complained about their headaches, stress and overwhelm during the time surrounding their periods.

    30+years later, two kids, an anxiety diagnosis and a few panic attacks, I GET IT.
