Arts and Youth Events Special, with Live Music
The InBrighton Fridays show from 9th November 2012 on RadioReverb, community radio for Brighton and Hove, UK.
On the show,
Annie-Marie Page talks about the O2 Think Big project which helps young people launch ideas and programmes that benefit the places where they live. She tells us how this enabled her to run an art exhibition at the Brighton Dome and to help manage a Think Big showcase event at London's Indigo 02 at Grenwich
and, Rosie Lalor tells us about the most recent in her series of Rosi's Tinted Spectacles events in Hove. She has been running these variety shows for some time, including herself performing songs from her latest CD album, and others. Rosi sings and plays live on the show, accompanied on harmonies and glockenspiel by Kate Daisy Grant
Plus, Maudie Na Nakhorn, our country music correspondent, surprisingly talks about badgers and art for Oxfam
