In this podcast we’re talking with survivor of sexual assault Sophie Pollack, who is sharing her personal experience and advice about how to cope after experiencing a traumatic sexual assault or  domestic violence event.

NOTE: This episode contains discussions of sexual assault and domestic violence. Listener discretion is advised.

A Special Message from our Guest Speaker
"I, Sophie Pollack, am a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, which is why I started this grassroots organization. It took me a while to come to terms with wanting to share my story, but I know it would benefit not only me but the survivor community as a whole. I am more than just a survivor. That is not solely who I am. Survivors are more than their past; they are individuals who take their experiences and make a change in the world."

    About A Path2Courage
A Path 2 Courage is a grassroots organization based on the idea of building an advocate base for sexual assault survivors. Being an advocate has become a part of my identity and has helped others shape theirs. With the help of this grassroots organization, I am hoping to continue to build a strong advocate base for sexual assault awareness.
