In this episode of "Let's Talk About Leadership, Service and Sisterhood," a podcast for teens, by teens, three of our teens, Ashley, Mariah, and Maddie, discuss bullying. Some questions they ask each other are; What can you do when you're bullied? Why do bullies bully? How can you stand up for someone else being bullied?

"How Teens Can Help Their Communities in Emergencies"  A discussion with Victoria Lamar-Haas from Cal OES and Dana Regier, Regional Chief Operations Officer, American Red Cross about how teens can help out during disasters and emergencies and what they can do to be prepared in advance.

Season 2 Episode 2; In this episode, Ashley, Ashley, Moriah, and Kylie open up about how mental health has affected them and the best tips and tricks to getting themselves in the right headspace to conquer the day.

Season 2 Episode 1; How Covid affected us as teens and how we bounced back. Six teens discuss how Covid affected them at school, home, and friendships and how they coped with it. 

In this episode, we talk with two state leaders, Paula, 1991, and Collen, 2016. As teenagers, both had the opportunity to choose a Non-profit organization for their entire membership to support and raise thousands of dollars throughout an entire year.
