In this Life Theories episode, we discuss experiences of us feeling "stuck" in certain aspects of our reality (that are undesirable). However, what we resists, persists (and often creates blockages from the life or reality that we do want). The more energy we give to that reality we don't want, the longer it will take to transform and change. We will discuss different perspectives on this, how we are overcoming or overcame them, and the power or accepting/ making peace with you current reality (which is only temporary anyway).
