Cara and Eric hop on this week to catch up on life, health, crazy people and everything in between.  We promise to get back on schedule for our weekly schedule.

The band is finally back together.  They catch up by talking about controversial vaccines and how people make big assumption based on little things.  Cara shares how opinionated her kids are and "woke" they are.  They also talk about the recent cancel culture victims of Billie Eilish and Chrissie Teigen.  Cara shares what got Chrissie cancelled.  The trio talk about how kids are different from our 80's ways of growing up.  They wrap with a discussion about kids and their hobbies and interests and how they continue to encourage.

Once again Jamie and Eric are without Carlos and completely out of control. They discuss pets, competitive eating, future show ideas along with other randomly fascinating thoughts and ideas..

In tonight’s episode we dive Into the unfortunate topic of suicide. Please keep in mind we are not therapists, we are not Clinicians etc. we are just giving our opinions and some statistics found online concerning this topic. Such a tragedy, such loss and we would love to help bring awareness to help someone from choosing to end their life!

This week Cara opens the episode talking about school almost being down and figuring how to entertain the kids through the summer.  They discuss Jamie's COVID scare and all of our fun mother's day festivities

This week the gang is back together with Cara, Jamie and Eric ready to catch up!  They immediately kid about "breaking up" which leads them down the path of whether they hold grudges.  Cara, Jamie, and Eric share stories of where they have held grudges or unexplained grudges have been held against them.  This is an interesting podcast as it's clear that they are all so different.  Feel free to share your stories about grudges and how you handle them.

Cara and Eric kicked off the night giving an update on Larry (cara's dad).  Spoiler alert:  He's alive!  Eric announced the release of his first solo album, available on iTunes and Spotify.  We catch up on all the things happening with us and as always missing our bestie Jamie.  We will be back on Sunday.

This week Jamie and Cara catch up on their work lives.  They talk about expectations around retirement timing and how it seems forever away.  Cara talks about how frustrating it is to be called a “Karen” for expecting decent service and how it seems like restaurants may not appreciate delivery services.  Jamie shares her similar experiences and her frustrating stories with restaurants.  They wrap the episode with Cara’s personal calling of teaching girls to tune out the noise.  Maybe some day she could put it into play!

Cara and Jamie open this week's epsidoe of Lifescapes podcast talking about things that make you feel old.  Cara recaps the time she was called a grandma.  Jamie talks about her family group chat called B*tchachos.  Before the wrap, they talk about how people have different opinions about raising kids and manners.  Have a great week everyone.

With very sad news, the podcast is back this week.  Jamie shares her journey with her dad's cancer diagnosis and how he was surrounded by all of his loves until the very end.  Jimmy was so loved and left a legacy.

This week Cara and Jamie discuss their weekend shenanigans including a trip to the skating rink.  Crazy things always  happen at the skating rink.  They touch on upcoming Thanksgiving plans.  Next wee, we will talk about what we are thankful for and we would love to hear what you are thankful for.  Have a great week.
