    I interview Betsy Yankowiak, Director of Preserves and Programs at Little River Wetlands Project, on site at Eagle Marsh Nature Preserve. 

    Eagle Marsh is a great example of an urban wetland restoration located in southwest Fort Wayne, Indiana.

    Episode one of Midwestoration!  
    I took a short drive (one hour plus or minus) through the Indiana countryside to meet with Taylor Lehman, East Central Regional Ecologist with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, at Loblolly Marsh Nature Preserve.  The preserve, less than 8 miles southwest of Geneva, IN,  is an example of a full restoration nearing 30 years in the making.
